Their unique offerings to the market include customer engagements in both B2B and B2C environments. Due to their global expansion they are seeking the expertise of a Concierge Agent

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the concierge desk. You also be responsible for managing all customer interactions, delivery of service and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

- At least 3 years in a high profile / VIP customer service environment
- Background in customer care and client liaison
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Leadership experience
