Job Description: IT Support Agent

Prioritise all incoming calls to meet planned date. Assign Customer Service Representative to all jobs. Applicant must be prepared to work shifts and must reside in Gauteng.
Key responsibilities
• Monitor and take ownership of ALL project calls
• Ensure that CSR’s are dispatched within planned date
• Ensure that 80% of staff are dispatched at all times
• Drive CSR’s to complete calls in accordance with planned date.
• Generate and submit reports as per project requirements

Experience and Qualifications
• Matric
• Knowledge of call centre principal’s
• Knowledge of broad geographical areas so as to be able to allocate technicians to calls appropriately
• 1 - 2 years Call Centre experience in an IT environment
• Computer literate in a Call Centre environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) preferable
• Exposure to call management operations systems, D1 preferable
