Our client requires the service of a Job Grading/Evaluation Specialist to establish and implement a Job Evaluation process (i.e. Job grading) for all Management positions within the group.

Key performance areas:

? Prepare all job evaluation information (pre-questionnaires etc.)
? Request and collect completed job profiles or where necessary create a job profile
? Conduct Job evaluation interviews with the relevant line managers
? Determine the job grades and perform cross-correlation of Job Evaluation results to other systems
? Present the Job evaluation outcomes to the Job Evaluation Committee for validation purposes
? Prepare and maintain the job grade matrix (job-worth-hierarchy) across all job families in the Group
? Establish a Job Evaluation policy for internal use and adherence to good corporate governance in HR

The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with 3 Year Bachelors Degree/Diploma within HR Field with accreditation on any Job Evaluation system
? 3 - 5 years Remuneration experience
? 3 - 5 years’ experience in an HR environment
? Experience working in the retail industry will be advantageous
? Must have knowledge of Job Evaluation techniques, Job Evaluation systems, Project Management and Org Design
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Office & G Suite – advanced)
? Critical and analytical thinking
? Strong Project Management Skills
? Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills
