Job Description:

Capture accounts payable invoices and action queries from suppliers

Loading supplier invoices on electronic banking for payment

Capturing sales invoices and action queries on sales invoices

Capturing petty cash and maintain a petty cash recon

Capturing of all cash book transactions

Perform monthly bank recon

Capturing of credit card transactions

Ad hoc duties from time to time
