Junior Accountant Bookkeeper Stellenbosch Cape Winelands Boland Western Cape

Our Client a Financial concern is looking for a Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper with 2-3 years of experience in general bookkeeping working on PASTEL and PASTEL payroll to name a few.

Salary is up to R 15000

The minimum requirements as follows:
• Matric
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position as junior bookkeeper, bookkeeper or junior accountant
• Relevant tertiary education would be an added advantage
• Experience with PASTEL and EXCEL
• PAYROLL Experience
• General Processing to Trial Balance
• Sorting & filing financial records;
• Monthly pastel processing;
• Debtors/creditors management;
• Monthly bank reconciliations;
• VAT reconciliations;
• Monthly journal entries;
• Preparation of year end schedules to support the preparation of annual financial statements;
• VIP Payroll
