Job Description:

Analyzing financial information accurately and keeping financial records
VAT and PAYE forms to be completed and submitted
Responsible for financial statements and other financial reports
Ensure supplier recons are correct and approve accounts payable invoices
Preparation of remittance advices
Capturing of invoices and monthly recons
Capturing and reconciliation of bank statements
Ensure high accuracy of figures and use of proper codes
Report any reconcile discrepancies found
Compile monthly management statements
Manage deadlines
Run month-end procedures with intercompany journals
Maintain intercompany transaction and balance accounts
Project cost reporting

Minimum Requirements:

BCom and completed Articles
BuildSmart Construction Computer Software experience will be advantageous
Construction / Civil Engineering company experience preferable
