Junior Accountant
Established Mechanical Engineering Concern is currently seeking to employ a Junior Accountant.
Qualifying criteria:
• Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject
• Accounting Diploma or Degree
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar Industry
• Must have experience with Stock, Stock Journals, Recons, Creditors & Report Writing
• Ability to work on your own with little supervision
• Must be well spoken (English & Afrikaans)
• Excellent MS Office, Excel advanced, Pastel Partner, Accpac – or similar

Duties will include but aren’t limited to:
• Stock & Bank recons
• Stock Journals
• Accounts payable
• Compile monthly recons & reports
• Supplier account queries & recons
• Assist Financial Manager with Ad Hoc Duties
• Handle general administration functions
