Seeking a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
BCom degree or a recognised financial qualification coupled with experience.
Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the transport or logistics environment.
Knowledge of Syspro an added advantage.
Ensure accurate financial information is captured onto the Syspro financial accounting system.
Supervising a team of 5 staff across all financial aspects, including Debtors, Creditors, Cash Book, Assets, Inventory & WIP.
Accounts to Trial Balance.
Ensure tight financial controls are in place, in line with group systems & processes.
Ensure relevant reconciliations are completed.
Assistance in producing month end accounts.
Various ad hoc reporting requirements.
Statutory returns (SARS).
Reporting into the Divisional Finance Manager.
Salary: R16 000-00 – R20 000-00 per month
