Requirements
* BComm Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping experience (+3 years)
* Financial accounting experience (1-2 years)
* Technical competence (accounting)
* Competent in MS office. INTERMEDIATE competencies in MS Excel
* Experience in PASTEL

Duties
* Recording of cash book transactions
* Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
* Managing daily cash requirements
* Recording of credit card transactions
* Preparation of Petty Cash journal
* Reconciliation of cash on hand
* Preparation & Execution of payment schedules
* Preparation of Inter-account transfer schedules
* Liaising with bank
* Liaising with card providers
* Reconciliation of Ledger accounts
* Assist Auditors with general queries
* Assisting with preparation & processing of journals
