Great MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Understanding and usage of Xero will be advantageous



Job Description:

Monthly payroll on VIP

Company tax preparation

SARS correspondence and verification

Answering and directing phone calls to relevant destinations

Preparation of annual financial statements

Annual collation of client documents to prepare annual tax return and financials

Monthly vat preparation and submissions

Corresponding with clients to obtain monthly documents
