A leading manufacturer of fruit juice extracts for the FMCG industry in Wellington, is looking to appoint a Junior Bookkeeper. A recently graduated B Comm or B Acc with Accountancy as a major subject, and who has some experience in an accountant role, is welcome to apply. Responsibilities will include the following: prepare journal entries; complete general ledger operations; monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements; reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts; draw up monthly financial reports; prepare analysis of accounts as requested; assist with year end closings; etc. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Manager. Reliable transport and driver's license will be an advantage.
