JOB TITLE:
JUNIOR CALL CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR

DIVISION

Reports to: Incentive Manager

LOCATION: Gauteng- (Ormonde) Johannesburg

PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for incentive administrative duties in a call centre

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Preparation of reports to specific deadlines;
• Scanning, emailing, faxing and filling of documentation;
• Handling incoming calls and resolving of customer complaints;
• Follow-up and updating clients about their queries;
• Logging and tracking of card orders, cancellations, report requests, capturing and keeping track of Job cards, including sequence control report;
• Administer Lost Cards, Stolen Cards and Asset Register
• Administrate the Weekly and Monthly Reports and update the Management Board.
• Daily monitoring of Exceptions

Qualifications:
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education/Achievements
• Grade 12 Certificate or NQF 4
• Relevant Post-Matric Qualification (preferred)

Experience/Knowledge
• 1-2 years’ administration experience,
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relations,
• Reliable with good ethical conduct
• Accuracy

Specific Skills
• Customer Service Orientated,
• Proficiency in the following software packages is essential: PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
