Junior Automated Regression Software Test Analyst - JHB North
ISTQB qualification preferred
Matric certificate
Must have regression testing experience
Must have gained good data analysis experience
Defect reporting experience essential
English skills must be very good spoken written and understanding
Must have 2 -3 years automated regression software Testing work back ground experience essential
Experience working with IT software systems in the medical Aid /or Life insurance- or Healthcare /or Lending Financial industries OR Employee Benefits Industries
Some technical knowledge (beneficial)
Scripting experience essential
Error/ faults experience
Test scenarios experience essential
Processes and procedures experience
Tertiary Education Preferred
Train client teams to setup and maintain Regression Environments according to set processes and procedures.
Train client teams to record test scenarios.
Train client teams in the correct ways to log work with the Regression team.
Monitor client teams that they consistently follow the processes and procedures correctly.
Train client teams to understand the error/fault reports that are sent daily by the Regression team.
Ensure that the client team’s act on the reports received.
Ensure that communication between the client teams and the Regression team is open and healthy.
Assist Regression Team in scripting when needed.
