Junior Back of House Manager for restaurant in Midrand

A matric / Grade 12 qualification
Relevant hospitality qualifications and strong leadership skills.
Computer Literacy: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Micros etc.
2 - 3 years' experience working in similar position

Your own, roadworthy vehicle (preferable)
Neat and presentable appearance with a strong personality, strong organizational and creative skills. Good work ethic, familiar with all BOH Restaurant procedures for example staff management and training, stock purchasing and management, health and safety procedures and so on. Strong management and operation skills experience in hospitality management are required for this position. Successful applicants must have the desire to learn and improve knowledge and skill at all times.
