This well-known franchise restaurant is looking for junior to middle restaurant managers.

- Stock take procedures
- Midday stock counts and variances
- Full BOH open and close procedures
- Full FOH/BOH checks
- Receiving of stock
- Section oversee and assist in preparations
- Stock rotation
Admin
- Admin queries
- Full Day end procedures
- Stock entry
Financials
- Pay-outs and purchases
Computers and Pilot
- Literate on Pilot : Prep sheets and Difference reports
- Literate on Microsoft Office i.e. outlook, excel. word
Human Resources:
- Enforce disciplinary Procedures
- New and existing staff training and induction

1-3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A MANAGER IN THE RESTAURANT/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

Salary: Market related and dependent on experience (R6 000 – R10 000)
