Work experience is not a major requirement but we are looking for a well-rounded individual. You must have people skills and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Training others and leadership will be a huge part of your day to day activities with us. Before training others we will set you up with the necessary training yourself so that you are confident in what is expected of you. We will also provide you with the necessary training manuals, dvds and coaching. The team that you train will become your responsibility in terms of leadership.
