Minimum Requirements:

Degree with Tax major
Post-grad studies in Tax an adv.
Practical Tax exp. within the accounting industry
Software exp. an adv.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing the product and defining features or functions of the product to ensure future success.
Analyze thoroughly the current state of the software for improvements
Prepare and critically assess technical requirements and functional specifications for software changes
Develop and manage relationships with content experts on changes in legislation and tax practices
Accountable for defect management and support case escalations resolutions
Provide training department with briefing and material for product release training
Responsible for product documentation
