Qualification:
Relevant Tertiary qualification
Business Analysis Diploma (Preferably received from FTI)

Skills & Experience:
1-3 years’ experience in a Business/Process Analyst role within the Financial Services industry

Experience in:
Experience in agile methodologies would be beneficial
Experience in the IT industry and working with IT Teams

Job Description:
You will be responsible for Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into requirement specifications and detailed test plan. You will also analyse and document business processes, Documenting workflows and results of business analysis. Obtain sign-off from stakeholders on the specifications and evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys and documenting all relevant findings for formal presentation of results.
