Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for marketing and selling financial products on behalf of the company using a system that has been in place for 20 years. This exciting new junior management role will lead the company’s international strategy, business development, marketing, and opportunity-specific capture management. You will report directly to the owners and work closely with a sales team.

Responsibilities
• Support the company’s growth strategy and development
• Identify, pursue, and capture sales opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners in order to advance opportunities, capture new business, and increase revenue.
• Negotiate and close opportunities with prospective clients.
• Represent the company at related conferences and events.
• Articulate and implement the branding and marketing of the company.

Requirements
• Matric Certificate or Tertiary Education
• South Africa Citizenship
• Superior interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, high energy and a “can-do” attitude.
