Key Responsibilities:
• Within this role you are responsible for learning how to develop and manage the sales and marketing team.
• Work with the owner to develop the strategic and tactical direction of sales and marketing functions, in line with the organisations strategic objectives
• Implement standardised marketing/sales campaigns to deliver our strategic objectives.
• Embed commercial guidelines in collaboration with the Owner.
• Engage across the entire team to ensure a consistent approach.
