Junior Chef de Partie

My client is urgently seeking to employ a Junior Chef de Partie to join their dynamic and versatile team in Durbanville. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who is dedicated and passionate about the food industry.

Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
Tertiary qualification in cookery or relevant qualification.
3-5 years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie.
Experience working in a busy a la carte kitchen.
Experience with functions and events.
Experience working in a hot and cold kitchen.
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
Ability to work shifts.
