Upmarket Restaurant in Sandton area is looking for a Chef de Partie and junior Sous Chef. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be able to work in a big & busy kitchen. Will work under and report to the owner. Salary R 7000 - 10000 K nett depending on experience.
