There is a vacancy for a Junior Chef to cover breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as assist with preparation for dinner and functions.
Opportunity for a young, dynamic, creative, and passionate Chef to join a small team in an exclusive 5* Country House in the Winelands.

The role of the candidate will be to maintain and improve upon the high standards and to have flair to create fresh, seasonal
and innovative dishes.

The candidate must have minimum of two years experience in an equally dynamic position and environment. The candidate will report directly to the owners and must be able to work alone. This position is live-out and salary will be negotiated according to experience .

Own transport essential.
