MAIN TASK: Planning and Execution of Outages

Special Provision:

Cost containment and cost reduction is paramount in achieving the relevant outage KPI’s. Implementation of Project Controls (Earned Value Management "EVM") in the planning, execution and finalisation phases of all outages as listed in the outage plan is the key to achieving budget/ financial targets set.
