Junior Constriction Site Agent Cape Town
Salary - R12500 – R18 000
Requirements:
• BSc / BTech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience on the construction of a variety of building projects, i.e. residential, commercial and retail.
• Experience gained with reputable contractors
Duties:
• Identifying any problems with on-site work activities and providing a solution to ensure a project does not run over budget
• Have to draw up financial forecasts and resource requirements
• Assesses the progress of on-site work to ensure it is being performed within regulations and to contract specifications
• Have excellent communication and administrative skills, as the agent will be expected to keep accurate records of changes to client specifications and working practices and make regular reports to management
• Generate and maintain construction programme
