Qualifications and requirements

• Degree or diploma in English, Journalism or similar qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of correct grammar and spelling.
• Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
• Competency in information retrieval, analysis and collation.

Duties
• Update Wiki (WordPress)
• Update product documents, release notes & user manuals
• Update FAQ’s & troubleshooting guides
• Update technical user guides
• Assist with content development (Moodle) videos, PowerPoint slides & infographics
• Work with subject matter experts to obtain accurate information
• Proofread reports & marketing material
• Coordinate with development & product teams

Beneficial knowledge
• Graphic design experience
• Moodle, WordPress and Camtasia exposure
