Junior Coordinator / Assistant

Educational Requirements:
Matric

Experience Requirements:
Must have some work experience
Must have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
Must be well presented
Must be attentive to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft office (including Excel)
Must be a social media follower and knowledge of various platforms
Must have own transport and valid driver license

Responsibilities:
Obtaining & compiling quotes
Completing scheduled tasks
Assisting in the warehouse with packaging, dispatching and tracking waybills
Assisting with collections and deliveries
Attending to any customer related queries timeously
Assisting with adhoc duties
Meeting deadlines
General admin

Additional:
Salary R5 000 per month gross (max, CTC)
Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Contract with possibility of becoming permanent
Must have VALID license & OWN Transport
May be required to work overtime
Clear crim record
