JUNIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER - OFFICE TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDER

Job Requirements:
Matric is essential
Must have at least 2 years CREDIT CONTROL / DEBTORS experience
Be fully computer literate – ideally with Accpacc experience
Must be hard working, have good numerical skills, attention to detail skills and enjoy the duties of this position
Clear ITC / Criminal Record is essential

Duties Include:
Responsible for oversight of debtors on sections of age analysis as apportioned by the Debtor Supervisor.
Processing of account applications; opening of accounts; letter of confirmation to client as applicable.
Provide AR clerk with necessary info on bank statement receipt amounts.
Email and Telephonic contact with debtors for collection of payments.
Fielding of queries; forwarding of requested invoices or statements. Account recons as required.
Clean-up of accounts in Accpac; contras.
Printing of statements and prep work for posting.
Issuing of reminder letters as required
Advising supervisor of suspension of credit facilities due to overdue accounts or credit limits exceeded.
Prepare debit order schedules
