RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large company in the FMCG industry based in Avoca, Durban to source a Junior Creditors Clerk
for a 6-month contact.

Applicants should have/be the following:

• Minimum Matric.
• Relevant accounting/bookkeeping degree/diploma – an advantage.
• Must have an accounting background.
• Accounting creditors recon and banking recon experience.
• Computer Literacy
• IBT Reconciliation experience - an advantage.
• Preferably able to start immediately – an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for day to day creditors’ reconciliations and banking reconciliations.
• Matching invoices/credit notes to related supporting documents.
• Noting any price variances and setting invoices/credit notes aside for follow up.
• Resolving reconciling items.
• Filing reconciled creditors’ documentation.

Remuneration:
• Remuneration: R8 000 ctc.
