What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Manage Monthly Invoicing - 1000+ Invoices
* Book Invoices on the System
* Keep track of Creditors Payment Terms
* Review Age Analysis Reports
* Manage Payments and Recons

Key Job Deliverables:

* Process 1000+ Invoices per Month
* Manage Creditors and Recons
* Ensure Suppliers get paid according to payment terms

Background work experience:

* 1 year Manufacturing Creditors Clerk
* 1 year Capturing Invoices
* 1 year Ensuring Payments Made
* 1 year Using a Computerised Accounting System
* National Diploma or BComm Accounting
* Ability to Manage 300 Creditors
* Performing the full creditors function for a manufacturing company
* Capturing invoices on the company's accounting system
* Making sure that creditors get paid in accordance with their payment terms
* Utilising a computerised accounting system like Pastel or Quick Books. Using Word and Excel.
* Advantageous: Manufacturing Creditors
