§ The candidate should have knowledge and working experience of an ICT services environment
§ Ideally, the candidate should have experience with business systems like SAP
§ The candidate needs professional skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and ideally including Microsoft SharePoint and the ability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
§ Ideally, the candidate should have a good understanding portfolio of services.
§ The candidate should have the proven ability to work with colleagues across all levels within the organisation, from administrators through to management, internationally.
§ Hold ITIL v3 foundation as a minimum. Other general IS related certifications, from a variety of sources, is preferred.
