The team covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Nordics, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Our largest customers include several
industry leaders and major corporations, and we are growing fast. We are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant part-time or full-time temporary employee.
Your key duties will include:

Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry and upload in the CRM-System
Obtaining further information for incomplete records/documents
Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures
Entering data into an Marketing Automation Application for import purposes to other databases (CRM)
Checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been uploaded
Verification of imported data in the relevant systems by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data and merging duplicates.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
Maintain logbooks/records of activities and tasks
Comply with data integrity and security policies & laws
Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Preferred qualifications and skills are:

Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Min. one year of experience in data entry or similar, preferably with background in IT or Finance
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to understand different data sources
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills & time management skills
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Very good command of English both oral and written; knowledge of any further European language – especially German, Spanish and/or Italian – will be highly advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and to time constraints
Ability to work in a team, as well as independently
