A multinational engineering conglomerate is looking for an Electrical Building Services Engineer who is on the verge of professional registration to join their Cape Town office. You will form part of a dynamic electrical building services team and will be mentored by the head of department. This engineering consultancy works on cutting edge commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, office blocks and casinos.

Qualification:
B. Sc/B. Eng. Electrical Engineering

Skills & Experience:
Electrical design of lighting and small power layouts experience within the building services sector
Electronic design of CCTV, access control, fire detection, nurse call and public address systems
Project management from inception to completion
Presenting designs to directors and clients
Manage subcontractors, contractors and compile tender documentation
Site inspection and construction monitoring
2 – 4 years’ built environment consulting experience

Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include electrical design of lighting and small power layouts. Electronic design of access control, CCTV, fire detection; nurse call and public address systems. You will also be required to manage project from inception to completion, perform site inspections and liaising with contractors.
