Brief Description:

Join one of Southern Africa’s fastest growing engineering consultancies that specialize in electrical building services and show off your design speed and accuracy. You will be based in the Johannesburg office and key responsibilities will include the design of lighting and small power layouts, cable tray routs, CCTV, access control, fire detection and nurse call systems. You will be groomed towards professional registration and will be introduced gradually to site evaluations, tender preparation and adjudication, project management, liaising with clients, as you proved yourself.

Qualification:
B. Tech: Electrical Engineering
AutoCAD Draughting Certificate

Skills & Experience:
Design electrical lighting and small power layouts, cable tray rout,
Design electrical substation layouts, single line diagrams, and cable trench routs
Site inspections and evaluations (fix one – completion)
Draughting and design of electronic services including CCTV, access control, fire detection and nurse call systems
Liaise with Project Engineers, Architects, Interior decorators and Landscaping Engineers.
Design and transfer of Detailed Lighting, Power and Telephone Layouts, Circuiting, Reticulation, DB Board Schematics,
3 – 5 years’ experience
