Agricultural Industry (Citrus Fruit Farming)
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 p.m. Negotiable

A National Citrus Fruit Farming Company is looking for dynamic, energetic Junior Farm Managers for their business units based in MPUMALANGA. The successful candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ambition to grow with this organisation. Min of 3 years’ experience essential. Knowledge of the Fruit Growing industry. Relocation is option that can be discussed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all production systems are in place and being adhered to.
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly production planning of duties and personnel.
• Responsible for Production, Harvesting, Crop, Personnel and Quality Systems.
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of 2 years’ practical experience within the citrus sector
• Strong Computer literacy
• Must be fully bilingual
• Understanding of industry specific Quality Systems such as Global Gap, HACCP, BRC, EurepGap, Nature’s Choice
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric +2 years Citrus Farming will also be considered based on the experience and knowledge of various cultivars.
• N.Dip/BSc Degree in Agriculture or relevant Agricultural Tertiary Degree/Diploma
