Job Description:
To effectively manage the processing of payments within the business and to identify patterns and trends of such payments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Capture New Suppliers on the Online Banking System.
• Load payments for release by signatories.
• Download daily Bank statements from the Online Banking System.
• Download Proof of payments and email to relevant parties.
• Check daily banking from branches to ensure that all monies collected are banked.
• Report any shortfall in banking to the Financial Manager and the CFO
• Ad hoc tasks, i.e. filing
• Assist in other areas as and when required

Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum qualification of a Finance related certificate
• 1-2 years relevant experience in a Finance Department
• Experience using an Online Banking program.
• Pastel Experience will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 year’s creditors experience

Mandatory Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite.
• Preferred candidate should have an understanding of how a family business is run as well have a family business orientated approach.
