Junior FOH Manager x2 – Southern Suburbs

This well-known franchise restaurant is looking for junior to middle restaurant managers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct waitron meetings
- Coordinate full FOH functions
- Full FOH open and close procedures
- Full FOH/BOH checks
- Bay sheets
- Train and coach brand ambassadors
Admin:
- Admin queries
- Full Day end procedures
- Compiling admin packs
Financials
- Full cash-up procedures
- Pay-outs and purchases
Pilot/Computers
- Literate on Pilot
- Literate on Microsoft Office i.e. outlook, excel. word
Human Resources:
- Enforce disciplinary procedures
- Training new and current waitrons

AT LEAST ONE TO THREE YEARS’ EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A MANAGER IN THE RESTAURANT/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

Salary: Market related and dependant on experience (R6 000 – R10 000)
