Junior Food Technologist

A well-established company within the FMCG industry based in Killarney Gardens are looking to employ a Junior Food Technologist for 6 months to a 1 year fixed term contract.


Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience is required

Diploma in Food Technology or busy with studies in the field

Experience in a nutritional or food producing company will also be favourable

Fluent in English or Afrikaans

Must have own transport

Available for night shift if required

Computer Literacy – basic excel and data capturing

Ability to manage a group of 5 staff in terms of productivity, discipline, motivating staff and meet standards

Good numerical awareness regarding weights, volumes and percentages

Prepared to work overtime on short notice should it be required
