Well established Law firm in Silverlakes, Pretoria, requires the services of a Foreclosure Typist / Secretary to join this team.
Requirements:
Gr 12 / matric
At least 1 – 3 years’ previous experience in foreclosures and general litigation
Previous experience in working on GhostPractice will be an advantage
Experience
Drafting of Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other foreclosure related documentation
Ability to perform well under immense pressure
Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
Ability to organize sale in executions
Ability to liaise with banks and debtors
Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
Strong communication skills
Administratively strong and perform well under pressure
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in working on ghostpractice will be an advantage
Salary: R10 000 - Negotiable depending on experience, medical aid and provident fund (permanent staff)
