JUNIOR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER – 5 STAR HOTEL
A great opportunity exists for an experienced Junior Front of House Manager within a leading 5 star Hotel based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. We are looking for an individual with a genuine desire to provide the finest standards of hospitality and services, whilst bringing joy to our guests.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification – Food and Beverage Qualification is essential
• 2 years’ experience in a similar environment (high end property)
• OPERA system experience is preferred
• Front office booking system experience will be advantageous

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Maintains and builds customer relationships, especially during meal times
• Plan, organises, leads and controls the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant
• Staff development and management
• Financial / Cost control – minimize and monitor transfers, wastage, breakage and ensures that all movements are recorded
