We are seeking a passionate, creative and self-motivated, qualified graphic design intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will work on MAD Leadership Foundation design work, under the guidance of our graphic designer, including: both digital and print marketing material. Such as:

Fundraising events creative
Social media graphics (cover images, profile pictures, post images)
Creating marketing material as needed, including: infographics, web graphics, visually impactful client presentations
Scholar-related creative
Donor communication
Sourcing printer suppliers and quotes
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
Have the ability to think out of the box creatively and develop new concepts
Work well within CI guidelines
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Have the ability to work across multiple projects
Be a proactive part of the team, research and conceptualize design ideas
Have an eye for design and detail and an instinct to know what works and what doesn't for the brand
Possess strong communication skills
Have a good understanding of digital and print design principles
Understand design and layout and preparing files for print and production
Have an understanding of typography, colour, and how these elements work together for a design solution
To be able to apply an already designed concept throughout the campaign
Open to productive criticism
Willing to learn

REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant degree/diploma in graphic design
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
