This is a full time position, uSorted is a company that develops loyalty and rewards programs, we are looking for a young, passionate and vibrant person to fill the position of Junior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate has to have tertiary education in Graphic Design or similar qualifications, with a passion for digital.
This position calls for an insatiable passion for design and creativity, keen interest in marketing and ability to design brochures and put together emails and marketing campaigns .This person should be creative enough to work on her own and understand what the market is looking for.Social media will be a big part of the job function
The junior graphic designer will work in four different areas within the position:
Day to day graphic design responsibilities as required – this could include in-house projects i.e. in-house catalogues for each brand, newsletters, image library, deep etching etc.
Create material for traditional media, newspapers, magazines, flyers, billboards, etc.
Create digital artwork for websites, social media, digital screens, animations, etc.
Concept and design of loyalty and rewards programs for existing and prospective clients.
Tertiary education in Graphic Design or similar qualification
Min six months working experience/internship
Mac and PC literate
Proficient with design software – Adobe Creative Suite (CS6): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ect.
Administrative and organising skills
Understanding of web languages like HTML and CSS for web/digital projects
Knowledge of photography
