Our client, based in Stellenbosch, is looking for a Designer to be responsible for the creation and delivery of creative, professional designs with a strong focus on graphic design. You need to have a minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design coupled with strong HTML, CSS and be able to produce a portfolio of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create artwork for marketing activities and campaigns including brochures,
• posters, banners, newsletters, advertisements and stand designs
• Work with our designer and the rest of the marketing team on integrated campaigns
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all graphic and web properties
• Apply the brand guidelines to all creative work
• Ensure alignment with all relevant marketing activities and the overall marketing strategy.

Skills and experience needed:

• 2 to 3 years in graphic design or web design for both web and offline materials
• HTML, CSS
• Flash
• Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic video production (formats, frame rates, platforms)
• CMS/Joomla knowledge
• Ability to manage well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
