The ideal person is someone with drive and initiative who is only satisfied with being a top producer within the industry

Essential Requirements
Grade 12
Relevant agricultural qualification is essential
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Junior Grower Unit Manager

Job description:
Managing of a pig production operation
Planning and organising a pork production unit
Planning and implementing work routines for a pork production unit
Monitoring the performance of the pork production unit
Administrating the business
Product marketing
Monitoring and evaluating business performance
Managing physical and natural resources
