Well known Hotel in Sandton is looking for an experienced Junior Guest Relations Officer. The candidate will be responsible for coordination of the Hotel's VIP guest profiling structure, assisting with resolving guest queries and complaints, maintain operational and service standards, plan and organize guest requests and corporate gifting, manage the day to day office activities for the GM, deal with incoming and outgoing correspondents as well as assisting the Guest Relations manager.
