Junior HR Manager – Immediate start – 6 Month Contract
Salary neg. between R15k and R18k based on experience.

Multinational organisation in the gaming and entertainment industry with a 60 year old history of service excellence and innovation is looking to employ a team player in their South African Headoffice. The sucesfull candidate will have completed at least a National Diploma in Human Resources and will have at least 5 years generalist HR experience.

Duties include:

HR Administration, Recordkeeining, Leave Management, Liaison with 3rd party service providers, recruitment, on-boarding, Employment Equity, completion of EEA2 and EEA4 annual reports, acting as the custodian of all HR, Payroll and SDL policies and procedures, Submission of all payroll information i.e. travel and expence claim forms, new employee documentation etc. Verification and authorisation of payroll prior to pay-out. Trianing and SDL – manage and maintian training requirements, source providers, ensure suppliers BBBEEE compliance, Annual Skills development reporting.
