Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Registered with the SANC as a Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for infection control
- Investigate negative incidents / adverse events and ensure appropriate capturing
- Timeous resolution of complaints and implementation of IPP Programmes
- Identify areas of non-compliance through clinical audits
- Participate in the antibiotic stewardship program
- Case investigations, notification and follow up of all notifiable diseases
- Provide information and advice to management
- Advise the SHE committee on the IPP matters and antimicrobial patterns
- Comply with all BCA and Quality initiatives
