Junior Internal Sales Rep

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities.
Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions

Education and Experience
Excellent communication skills in English with proven persuasive power
First-rate telephone etiquette and work ethic
Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
