Junior IT Engineer

Technical Support:
Installation, support and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems (desktop and server) DNS, DHCP
Installation and support of client applications (Microsoft Office, 3rd part applications etc.)
Management/assist all technology
Identification of network related problems
Remote access support at client level
Identify faults on LAN, WAN, VOIP
3rd party management
Resource on projects
Good understanding of VOIP
Ability to liaise with 3rd parties on procurement.

Software Support:
Microsoft products, 3rd party products and systems
3rd party software installations and maintenance

Hardware Support:
Setup of new hardware if need be
Diagnose and troubleshooting of hardware
Provide technical support to end users
Maintenance of but not limited to pc, laptops, servers, virtual servers.

Resolution of tasks:
Complete tasks within given deadlines
Provide professional services to the businesses within the group
Limit comebacks

Administrative:
Documentation where necessary
Adhere to daily checks
Reporting where necessary
Superior technical aptitude, written and oral communication skills

Minimum 3 year experience in a medium size business (150+ staff)
Server 2008 / 2012
Office 365 / Exchange
File server

Qualifications: MCSE, A+, N+
