Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Junior IT Project Administrator (Contract).
 
EDUCATION/ NQF EQUIVALENT
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) 
  • An NQF Level 5 qualification in IT/Project/Business Administration or equivalent will be an advantage  
 
EXPERIENCE
  • One to two years project administration experience and preferably working in an IT environment

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Responsible for the management of documentation in terms of quality assurance, version control and stored on the necessary SharePoint site. Responsible for the management and administration of Project Documents in SharePoint, which includes management of the document libraries, sites, insuring backups are done, follow up with project managers if documentation is outstanding  Responsible for liaising with the Project Office relating to new templates, processes or any other requirements/needs they require Business Systems Development to assist or implement in the unit. Responsible for the investigation, creation and maintenance of documented policies and processes required for the Business Systems Development department. Responsible for contract management of all existing contracts with suppliers/vendors and Service Level Agreements within the business unit Responsible for all purchase requests for  Project Delivery in Business Systems Development department  
 
DIRECTION:
Works with Senior Manager: Project Delivery, but has to act independently on a day-to-day basis.  Delegation of Authority Company policies, rules and regulation are to be followed PFMA PMBOK 

DECISION MAKING:
All decisions are taken in line with the Delegation of Authority and within Policies and Procedures. Time management and the ability to handle diverse workloads is a key decision role of the incumbent.
